About Our Training

The Northern Campaign Academy is a three-day, hands-on training designed to give Alaskans the skills, confidence, and connections to lead winning campaigns rooted in their communities. Participants will choose one of three tracks — Campaign Management, Field Direction, or Treasurer — while also taking part in shared sessions focused on storytelling, collaboration, and fundraising.

Each day blends practical skill-building with real-world exercises, mentorship, and peer learning. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of how campaigns work, the tools to build strong teams, and the strategies to engage voters in authentic and effective ways.

The training is designed to be accessible and community-driven, helping Alaskans prepare not just for one election cycle but for the long-term work of building progressive power across the state.
